分步结晶技术在酸性铵盐沉钒废水处理中的应用

摘要

A lot of precipitating vanadium wastewater with acidic ammonium salts is produced during the process of producing V2O5.The precipitating vanadium wastewater, after the process of revivification and neutralization, still contains a lot of sodium salt and ammonium salt. In this paper, the current main treatment of precipitating vanadium wastewater and the technological process of fractional crystallization technology in treatment of precipitating vanadium wastewater with Acidic Ammonium Salts are introduced. The technical difficulties are summarized.%五氧化二钒生产过程中会产生大量的酸性铵盐沉钒废水. 在经还原、中和处理后的沉钒废水依然含有大量的钠盐、铵盐. 本文介绍了沉钒废水处理现有的主要处理方式,阐述了分步结晶技术处理酸性铵盐沉钒废水的工艺流程,总结出了该技术的难点.
