观音山水库输水系统安全复核及加固设计研究

         

摘要

针对观音山水库存在的进水口排架柱振动变形较大、隧洞衬砌混凝土局部质量较差、进水口边坡岩体破碎稳定性差、启闭设备锈蚀损坏无法启闭闸门等问题,结合输水隧洞水头损失、过流能力、各种不利工况结构内力等计算结果,对输水系统的安全性进行了全面复核。根据安全复核计算结果,对输水系统进水口、隧洞、进水口边坡等部位,提出了切实可行的除险加固设计方案。工程改造后运行状况良好。%Aiming at Guanyinshan Reservoir’s problems of larger vibration and deformation in water inlet bent column, local worse quality of tunnel lining concrete,poor breaking stability of water inlet slope rock,hoisting equipment corrosion damage,incapable opening and closing of gate,etc.,using calculation results of water conveyance tunnel water head loss, overflow ability and various adverse working condition structure internal force,etc.,safety of water conveyance system is comprehensively reviewed. Practical and feasible risk removal reinforcement design plan is proposed on water inlet,tunnel, water inlet slope and other parts of water conveyance system. The project has excellent operation condition after transformation.
