强碱活性砂岩骨料的抑制措施研究

     

摘要

本文详细介绍了砂岩骨料碱硅酸反应活性的研究结果。砂岩主要由碎屑和胶结物组成,其中粒径小于0.05mm 的隐—微晶石英约占总量的10%~15%,波状消光石英约占15%。经砂浆棒快速法检测14天膨胀率达到0.448%,具有较强的碱硅酸反应活性。试验表明掺加20%以上的粉煤灰、4%以上的硅灰、30%以上的矿粉等矿物掺和料对抑制砂岩的碱硅酸反应是有效的。本文的研究结果为洪屏抽水蓄能电站工程面板混凝土的骨料选定及配合比试验提供了技术支持,为保证工程质量奠定了基础。%In the paper,research results of sandstone aggregate alkali-silica reaction activity are introduced in detail. Sandstone is mainly composed of clast and cement,wherein adiagnostic quartz with particle size less than 0.05mm accounts for about 10% ~15% of total amount,and undulatory extinction quartz accounts for about 15%.14-day expansion rate is up to 0.448% according to test by mortar bar quick method.It has strong alkali-silicate reaction activity.Experiment shows that admixing of more than 20% fly ash,more than 4% silica fume,more than 30% mineral powder and other mineral admixture is effective to inhibit alkali-silica reaction of sandstone.Research results in the paper provides technical support for selecting aggregate of facing concrete and mixing ratio test in Hongping Pumped Storage Power Station Project, and lays the foundation for ensuring project quality.
