柏叶口水库大坝安全运行管理探讨

摘要

柏叶口水库大坝采用混凝土面板堆石坝，最大坝高88.3m，于2010年3月20日正式开工建设，目前大坝工程已全部完成。2013年10月下闸蓄水，工程效益初步得到体现。如何进行日常检查，做好安全运行管理，显得尤为重要。通过日常的检查与管理，做好安全监测，可随时掌握水库大坝的工作状态，以便在安全运行的前提下充分发挥其综合效益；还可及早发现异常和险情，及时提出改善工程运行管理、养护维修的意见和措施；又可验证工程设计运行状态与工程实际运行状态之间某些量的变化。本文探讨了柏叶口水库的大坝安全管理工作，意在为做好水库大坝运行维护与监测工作提供好的参考。%Concrete face rockfill dam is adopted in Baiyekou Reservoir.The maximum dam height is 88. 3m.The dam was formally started construction on March 20,2010,and completely finished at present.Water was accumulated by the gate in October 2013.Project benefits are initially embodied.How to conduct daily inspection and complete safety operation and management is particularly important.Safe monitoring should be done well through daily inspection and management. Operation status of reservoir dam can be mastered at any time,in order to fully exert comprehensive benefits under the precondition of safe operation.Abnormal phenomena and risks can be discovered in advance,suggestions and measures of project operation management and maintenance repair can be improved in time.Some quantity changes between project design operation status and project actual operation status can be verified.In the paper,dam safe management work of Baiyekou Reservoir is discussed aiming at providing excellent reference for the operation maintenance and monitoring of reservoir dam.
