泵站电气中易被忽视的安全隐患分析与防范

摘要

本文简要分析了新建或更新改造的泵站，特别是大中型泵站电气存在的电流互感器的二次测量与保护绕组接错、二次绕组有多个抽头的电流互感器未用的二次绕组误短接、不同功能的过电压保护器装配错误、微机保护使用及维护不当、开关合闸闭锁电磁铁未充分利用、电气设备选型错误、电气设备装配错误等易被忽视的安全隐患，指出了这些安全隐患的危害，提出了相应防范措施，提醒有关人员在验收检查中引起重视，以防范此类安全事故在运行中发生。%In the paper,newly-built or renovated pumping stations are briefly analyzed,especially some easily neglected safety hidden dangers in large and medium-sized pumping station electricity,such as current transformer secondary measurement and protection winding wrong connection,secondary winding wrong connection of unused current transformers with many tapping heads in secondary winding,wrong assembly of voltage protector with different functions,improper use and maintenance of microcomputer protection,insufficient utilization of switch closing latching solenoid,wrong model selection of electrical equipment,wrong assembly of electric equipment,etc.Harm of these safety hidden dangers is proposed,corresponding preventive measures are proposed,related personnel should be reminded for arousing enough attention in acceptance inspection,thereby preventing such safety accidents in operation.
