加强基层水利服务能力建设有关问题的思考

摘要

针对辽宁省基层水利体系建设开展情况及存在的问题，提出进一步加强基层水利服务体系能力建设的建议，以有效完善农村基层水利服务机构，全面提升全省基层水利公共服务能力。%Suggestion of further strengthening primary water conservancy service system capacity construction are proposed aiming at the implementation conditions and problems in Liaoning primary water conservancy system construction,thereby effectively improving rural primary water conservancy service institutions,and comprehensively enhancing primary water conservancy public service ability all over the province.
