大兴川水电站工期延误索赔研究

摘要

水电工程规模大,工期长,结构复杂,建设施工难度大,变更索赔、工期延误现象普遍存在.本文以大兴川水电站为例,分析工期延误原因及责任划分,在不突破合同与行业标准的前提下,通过签订补充协议的方式进行索赔处理,成功地解决了合同纠纷,保证了电站顺利建设和尽早发电.%Hydropower project is featured on large scale,long duration,complex structure and great difficulty in construction,the modification claim and project delay is widespread.Taking Daxingchuan Hydropower Station as an example,this paper analyzes the reasons for project delay and the division of responsibilities.Under the premise of not breaking the original contract and industrial standard,settle the claim through signing supplementary agreement has proved to be able to solve the contract dispute successfully and to ensure the smooth construction of power station and generate electricity as soon as possible.
