The paper reports the geological features of some gold depositsaround tungsten deposits.There are: 1. the deposit occur in two main genetic zone of tungsten－ tin ore in the world;2, this gold deposits genetically related with high potassium alkaline calcium to weakly alkaline granite; 3, the gold mineralization occurs in sheet quartz veins and veinlets;4,the sulphide content of gold－ bearing veins is low and contain arsenopyrite,pyrite,pyrrhotite,bismuthine,molybdenite. Scheelite and bismuth－ tellurium minerals are also present;5, There are quartz,sericite,muscovite,albite and carbonate in near－ ore altered rocks.%报导了钨矿床附近的金矿床的地质特征：①矿床产于世界上两大钨锡成矿带内。②与高钾的钙碱性至弱碱性花岗岩类有成因联系。③金矿化赋存在席状石英脉或细脉内。④含金石英脉的硫化物含量低，包括毒砂、黄铁矿、磁黄铁矿、辉铋矿和辉钼矿，也可以出现白钨矿和铋—碲矿物。⑤近矿蚀变岩石中存在石英、绢云母、白云母、钠长石和碳酸盐。
