The paper expounds a vast impact on China cemented carbideindustry after China joining WTO through analysing the status of China cemented carbide industry,put forward how to meet new chance and challenge after China joining WTO, and further expounds the concrete countermeasures for avoiding risks.%通过对我国硬质合金工业现状的分析，论述了加入WTO后对我国硬质合金工业的巨大影响，提出如何抓住加入WTO带来的发展机遇，迎接新的挑战，有效化解风险，并进一步阐述了具体的应对措施。
