Catalyst (HPW/SBA-15) with 40 wt.% phosphotungstic acid load on mesoporous silica SBA-15 was prepared by impregnation method. The structure properties and stability of HPW/SBA-15 were characterized. The results indicate that, the catalyst is of mesoporous structure with the specific surface area reaching 475.7 m2/g. There is strong interaction between HPW and SBA-15. HPW remains its Keggin structure unchanged upon loading catalyst. The thermal stability of HPW will be greatly improved if loaded on SBA-15. The crystal water can be partially seen even heated to 700℃ in N2 atmosphere.%以介孔二氧化硅(SBA-15)为载体,通过浸渍法制备了负载量为40%(质量分数)的磷钨酸催化剂(简记为HPW/SBA-15),对催化剂HPW/SBA-15的结构和热稳定性进行了表征.结果表明,HPW/SBA-15具有介孔特性,比表面积达475.7m2/g.HPW分子与SBA-15表面之问存在强烈的相互作用,负载到载体SBA-15上后,HPW结构没有发生变化;负载后,HPW热稳定性大大提高,在N2保护下加热至700°C时其结晶水并未完全失去.
