云南某白钨矿731常温浮选工艺试验

摘要

Slime accounts for 35.2 % in a skarn type scheelite ore of Yunnan. 731 consumption is higher with low production benefits at room temperature floatation. This paper performs floatation tests on the scheelite ore at room temperature by the selectivity of the combined regulators of sodium carbonate and sodium silicate. The scheelite recovery rate increased from 46.5 % to 76.53 % and the concentrate grade from 38.1 % to 68.61 %.%　　云南某夕卡岩型白钨矿，矿石中矿泥占比35.2%，在常温浮选中731用量偏大，生产指标偏低。试验通过碳酸钠、水玻璃组合调整剂强化粗选对脉石矿物抑制的选择性，在不预先脱泥情况下，矿山白钨回收率由46.5%提高到76.53%，精矿品位由38.1%提高到68.61%，取得较好效果。
