镧含量对钼镧合金厚板的高温力学性能的影响

         

摘要

La content in Mo-La alloy powder has important influence on the quality of the doped molybdenum powder, which seriously affects the processing performance of the products. Therefore, it is important to study the effect of la content on the mechanical properties of the Mo-La alloy plate. In this study, it was selected three kinds of molybdenum alloys with different lanthanum content, through"pressing-sintering-rolling"process, got Mo-La alloy plate with a thickness of 3.5 mm, then carried out the high temperature tensile test of the alloy sheet to determine the mechanical properties of the alloy sheets with different La contents at 700℃. Then to study the effect of La content on the mechanical properties of Mo-La alloy sheets. The results show the plate with La content at 0.93%, 700 ℃, plasticity and strength are relatively better, and with the increase of the La content, the plate performance of the plastic is also getting better under the high temperature.%钼镧合金粉中的镧含量对于钼镧合金的质量有着重要影响,严重影响着后续产品的加工性能。因此,研究镧含量对于钼镧合金板力学性能的影响具有重要的意义。试验选用了3种不同镧含量的钼合金,经过“压制-烧结-轧制”的办法,加工出厚度为3.5 mm的钼镧合金板,然后对这些合金板材进行高温拉伸试验,确定出不同镧含量的合金板材在700℃下的力学性能,从而研究镧含量对于钼镧合金板材力学性能的影响。结果表明,镧含量为0.93%的板材,在700℃时的塑性和强度相对较好,且随着镧含量的增加,板材在高温下表现出的塑性也越来越好。
