尾矿库资源调查方法探讨与实践

         

摘要

This paper summarized the major investigation methods for tailings pile stock and tailings grade on the basis of analyzing characteristics of tailings and processing plant. The applicable conditions, advantages and disadvantages for each investigation method were discussed using the tailings pile of a molybdenum and tungsten ore. The tailings stock was determined by pproduction capacity estimation method, production report statistical method and geometric calculation method. As of June 2015, the tailings stock was calculated to be 22151000 t, in which the recovered scheelite tailings were 10292500 t. The unrecovered tungsten was estimated to be 10618 t in the 11858500 t tailings.The tailings reservoir resource investigation provides favorable basis for the tailing resources' secondary development and utilization evaluation.%根据尾矿库特点及选厂生产情况,总结归纳了尾矿堆存量调查主要方法、尾矿品位调查主要方法,分析了各类方法适用条件、优缺点.结合某钼钨型尾矿库实际情况开展了尾矿资源调查方法应用实践工作.在该案例中采用生产能力估算法、生产报表统计法、几何计算法等尾矿库调查方法测算某尾矿库堆存尾矿量,利用洛阳铲取样化验法对尾矿钨品位进行调查,最终核定该尾矿库截至2015年6月尾矿堆存总量为2215.1万t,其中已回收白钨尾矿量为1029.25万t;未回收白钨的尾矿量为1185.85万t,钨品位为0.09%,钨金属量为10618 t.尾矿库资源调查可为尾矿资源二次开发利用评估和方案设计等提供依据.
