无硅多功能液体精练剂PC在棉织物一步法前处理中的应用

摘要

用无硅多功能液体精练剂PC代替常规粉状精练剂，应用于棉织物退煮漂一步法前处理，处理效果符合产品质量要求。该产品不仅能够避免硅垢产生，改善织物手感，而且能够明显降低水电汽消耗，降低废水中的含盐量，有利于减轻废水处理的负担。%A silicate-free multi-functional scouring agent named PC was used in pretreatment of cotton fabric, and the treatment effect was satisfactory. This product would not produce silicate scale. It could improve the hand feel of cotton fabric, and provide benefits of lower cost of water, electricity and steam. As PC contained no silicate, the amount of salt in the wastewater decreased, which would reduce difficulty of wastewater treatment.
