将八甲基环四硅氧烷预乳化后与多组分丙烯酸酯共聚,采用种子乳液聚合法,合成有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂,并将其用于涤棉织物的抗起毛起球整理。本文主要探讨了乳液粒径大小、整理液浓度、焙烘温度和焙烘时间因素对整理效果的影响,确定优化工艺条件为乳液粒径75 nm,整理剂浓度5 g/L,焙烘温度160℃,时间1.5 min。在优化条件下,织物的抗起毛起球性能可达到4~5级,且织物的手感柔软。%In order to improve anti-pilling tendency of polyester/viscose blended fabric, a kind of acrylic resin modified by silicone was synthesized through emulsion polymerization method. Then the emulsion was used in anti-pilling finish. Influences of diameter of emulsion particle, concentration of emulsion, baking temperature and time on finishing were researched. The optimum process conditions were as follows:diameter of emulsion particle 100 nm, emulsion concentration 5 g/L, baking at 160℃for 1.5 min.
