高支高密ProModal织物湿蒸染色工艺开发

摘要

A kind of wet steaming pad dyeing process was developed based on equipment upgrading of soaping machine. The dyeing process was then applied on high count and high density ProModal fabric. Compared with the traditional pad dyeing, the new process could improve the washing and rubbing fastness of the fabric by 0.5 grade. In addition, the wet steaming process was simple and efficient, and had many advantages in the respect of dyeing effect.%针对传统轧染工艺的不足，本文在改造还原皂洗机的基础上，开发出了适用于活性染料的湿蒸染色工艺，并将其用于高支高密ProModal织物的染色加工。通过与传统轧染染色效果的对比，湿蒸工艺能够提高耐摩擦色牢度和耐皂洗色牢度0.5级。此外，湿蒸工艺简便、高效，具有固色率高，染料不易泳移，染色重现性、匀染性和透染性好等优点。
