牛奶蛋白纱线与锦纶长丝交织针织面料的生产实践

摘要

利用牛奶蛋白纱线与锦纶长丝各自的特性，采用电子提花交织技术在针织圆机上开发高档针织面料，利用喂入原料顺序以及组织结构的变化形成不同花型效果的纬编产品，并对其设计思路、原料选择、设备选择、生产工艺中的注意事项进行了讨论，对实际生产具有参考意义。%The respective characteristics of milk protein yarn and nylon iflament were tested and analyzed. By using electronic jacquard technology and by altering yarn feeding sequence and stitches, different collections of high-grade weft-knitted fabric with varied patterns and effects were developed on circular knitting machine. The designing ideas, the selection of materials and equipment and the key points to be noticed in the production process were discussed, which could be used as reference for practical production.
