涤棉竹混纺仿毛织物风格评价

摘要

In this paper, KES-F fabric evaluation system is used to investigate the 16 mechanical properties (including tensile and shearing performance, bending performance, compressing performance, surface performance, etc.) of five kinds of dope-dyed polyester/cotton/bamboo blended wool-like fabric and the method of Japanese Kawabata is used to calculate the basic and integrated handle styles. The results show that the performance of the tested fabrics can basically meet the requirements for men’s suiting for autumn/winter season, in which, the No. 5 sample fabric has the best style and higher wool-like aspect.%采用KES-F织物风格仪，测试了5种涤棉竹混纺仿毛织物的拉伸和剪切性能、弯曲性能、压缩性能、表面性能等16个力学指标，并以日本川端法计算其基本和综合手感值，考察其风格优劣程度。结果表明：实验用织物基本符合秋冬男士西服面料的要求，其中5#面料具有最佳风格且具有较高的仿毛感。
