改善PX2、CJ40型精梳机梳理质量的技术措施

         

摘要

The paper discusses the technical features that influence the combing process of Model PX 2 and Model CJ40 combing machines. It suggests increasing the total number of combing points of the cylinder by using the cylinder with wire face angle of 90º, delaying the positioning of the cylinder, properly narrowing the combing gauge at the front and back of the cylinder and offering enough space for fibers, so as to effectively lower the IPI value of the resulted yarn. A series of technical measures such as controlling the air flow of the comb-out suction tube, the status of air circuit and special components and optimizing process settings can help improve the quality of the combed web, hence the quality of the resulted yarn.%文章探讨了PX2、CJ40型精梳机梳理工艺的技术特点,提出PX2、CJ40型机应采用齿面角为90°锡林、延迟锡林定位、适当缩小前后区锡林梳理隔距及在有足够容纤空间的前提下增加锡林总梳理点,可以明显降低成纱常发性纱疵的IPI值。通过落棉通道的气流控制,气路状态、专件器材状态管理和优化工艺上机等一系列相关的技术措施,可以改善精梳机输出棉网质量,有利于成纱质量的提高。
