聚吡咯涂层织物的研究进展

         

摘要

In recent years, it is found that the polypyrrole(PPy) combined with the fabric can be used as flexible basic materials because of its excellent electrical property, and it has a wide range of applications in the intelligent wearable direction. The paper mainly introduced three methods to prepare the conductive fabric with PPy-coating, including the vapor deposition, the electrochemical and in-situ polymerization which is used widely due to its simple operation process. In addition, the applications of the fabric with PPy-coating was summaried, such as the strained fabric sensor, super capacitor, electromagnetic shielding and biological antibacterial.%近年来,研究发现导电聚吡咯电学性能优异,结合到织物表面做为柔性基底材料,在智能可穿戴方向有很广泛的应用前景.文章着重介绍聚吡咯涂层织物的原位聚合法、气相沉积法和电化学法制备方法,总结了聚吡咯涂层织物在应变式织物传感器、超级电容器、电磁屏蔽和生物抗菌性等方面的应用.
