八苯基双氢多面体聚倍半硅氧烷-石墨烯-硅橡胶复合材料的制备及热氧稳定性

     

摘要

Octaphenyl dihyrostreptose polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane (DHPO) was prepared using phenyl trimethylsilane as monomer.And graphene(GE) was prepared using graphite as raw material.DHPO-GE-silicone rubber (SiR) composites were prepared by dispersing DHPO and GE into SiR,and the thermal-oxidative stability of the composites were investigated.The results showed that the graphene oxide (GO) with vinyl functional groups was prepared by the reaction of methoxyl in silane coupling agent KH 570 with hydroxyl in GO.DHPO-GE-SiR composites were prepared by the reduction reaction of GO with hydrazine hydrate molecule,and then GO was introduced into SiR by the chemical reaction with DHPO.Compared to SiR,the thermal-oxidative stability of DHPO-GE-SiR composites was improved,and the maximum mass loss rate increased by 16.15%.%以苯基三甲氧基硅烷为单体,制得八苯基双氢多面体聚倍半硅氧烷(DHPO);以石墨为原料,制得石墨烯(GE).将DHPO和GE分散到硅橡胶(SiR)中,制得DHPO-GE-SiR复合材料,并对其热氧稳定性进行了研究.结果表明,硅烷偶联剂KH 570中的甲氧基和氧化石墨烯(GO)上的羟基发生反应,得到了带乙烯基官能团的GO.GO与水合肼分子发生还原反应,再与DHPO通过化学反应引入SiR中,制得DHPO-GE-SiR复合材料.与SiR相比,DHPO-GE-SiR复合材料的热氧稳定性提高,最大质量损失率提高了16.15%.
