含硫硅烷偶联剂对增强填料的改性及其在橡胶中的应用研究进展

摘要

Effects of sulfur-containing silane coupling agent modified fillers (carbon black, silica, starch, cellulose, etc) on dispersion, compatibility, structure and function of fillers in rubber matrix were summarized, and the improvement of application of multi sulfur-containing silane coupling agents, thiol silane coupling agents and carboxylic acid esters silane coupling agent were introduced with 50 references.The develop direction of new type of sulfur-containing silane coupling agent was pointed out, that it was green and high efficient functionality under the trend of development of green tire.%综述了含硫硅烷偶联剂改性增强填料(炭黑、白炭黑、淀粉、纤维素等)对填料在橡胶基质中分散性、相容性和结构性以及功能性的影响;介绍了从多硫硅烷偶联剂到巯基硅烷偶联剂和硫代羧酸酯类含硫硅烷偶联剂的改进和应用进展;指出在绿色轮胎发展趋势下,新型含硫硅烷偶联剂的开发应向绿色高效的功能化方向发展.
