非对称外给电子体技术生产高速挤出BOPP薄膜专用树脂

摘要

The properties of special polypropylene (PP) resin for high-speed extruding biaxial oriented PP (BOPP) film were analyzed. And the special PP resin for high-speed BOPP was produced via technology of asymmetric external donor in a plant of double-loop liquid phase bulk process by controlling melt flow rate (MFR), relative molecular mass distribution, isotactic index and its distribution, ash content and stabilizer of the resin. The PP produced had MFR of 3.00-3.50 g/10 min, isotactic index of 96.5%-97.0% and ash content of the PP granules of 0.014%. The results of production and processing applications show that the special PP resin for high-speed BOPP film meets the development requirements.%分析了高速挤出双向拉伸聚丙烯（BOPP）薄膜专用聚丙烯（PP）的性能，在双环管液相本体工艺装置上用非对称外给电子体技术生产高速挤出BOPP薄膜专用PP时，控制其熔体流动速率（MFR）、相对分子质量分布、等规指数及其分布、灰分含量及使用的稳定剂。所制PP的MFR为3.00～3.50g/10min，等规指数为96.5%～97.0%，粒料灰分质量分数为0.014%。加工应用表明，该专用PP的性能达到了开发要求。
