水性聚氨酯改性的研究进展

         

摘要

Several modification methods of waterborne polyurethane(WPU)are introduced in this paper,including acrylic acid modification,composite modification,epoxy resin modification,organic silicon modification,nano-materials modification,and organic fluorinated materials modification. That is,modified WPU is prepared by physical or chemical methods to composite with modified materials,which features excellent mechanical properties,thermal stability of feedstock,as well as water resistance. Moreover,various modified materials are applied to the composite modification,and the synergistic effect of the materials contributes more to the modification than that of sole material,which makes the technique an emerging field in future.%综述了水性聚氨酯几种常见的改性方法,包括环氧树脂改性法、有机硅改性法、纳米改性法、丙烯酸改性法、有机氟改性法和复合改性法。这些改性方法均是利用物理或化学方法将改性材料与水性聚氨酯复合,所制复合材料通常兼具改性材料和水性聚氨酯的优点,实现了利用改性材料优异的力学性能、耐热性能、防水性等改善水性聚氨酯在这些方面的不足。复合改性法通常是利用多种改性材料对水性聚氨酯进行改性,不同材料之间的协同作用对水性聚氨酯的改性效果明显高于任何一种单一材料的改性效果,是一种极具发展前景的改性方法。
