高熔体强度聚丙烯的性能及其制备工艺研究进展

         

摘要

This paper reviews the properties of high melt strength polypropylene(HMSPP)along with the progress of it preparation process. Among which,gamma irradiation provides simple process and mild reaction conditions,while it is difficult to control the product structure;reactive extrusion features stable process and simple operation,which is suitable for industrially continuous production and influences the mechanical properties remarkably;direct polymerization is economically competitive in industrial production and HMSPP produced is reliable,while its long reaction period is unfavorable;the synergistic effect of different resins and chemical reactivity in blending modification method perform good,and in contrast,mechanical properties of the product are poor;chemical crosslinking modification can be used to reduce the gel content and monomer dosage,whereas the polypropylene obtained is easy to degrade. Therefore,the future research direction of HMSPP is to minimize the degradation of polypropylene and gel production,enhance the mechanical properties and lower the costs at the same time.%综述了高熔体强度聚丙烯(HMSPP)的性能特点以及制备工艺的研究进展。射线辐照法工艺简单,反应条件温和,但产品结构较难控制;反应挤出法工艺稳定,操作简单,适合工业化连续化生产,但对力学性能有较大影响;直接聚合法经济性较好,可工业化生产且HMSPP的性能稳定,但反应周期较长;共混改性法的树脂间协同效应和化学反应性好,但HMSPP的力学性能较差;化学交联改性法可减少凝胶含量,降低单体用量,但易发生降解反应。因此,减少聚丙烯的降解和凝胶产生,提高力学性能和降低生产成本是HMSPP今后研究开发的方向。
