This paper reviews the market of plastic extruder in China. It also demonstrates the advanced extruders developed by extruder producer in recent years along with the modification for the equipment and new energy saving extrusion techniques. The research and development of the plastic extruder in China are presented as well. The equipment has evolved to high efficiency,environmental friendly,energy saving,digitization and intelligence in manufacturing process. Digital production will be the emerging field,which will help to accelerate the production launch process and improve the flexibility of the operation. New human-machine interface is the research hotspot in industrial control. Digital equipment will be applied in production process for information collection and intelligent manufacturing.%综述了我国塑料挤出设备的市场情况,总结了近年来挤出设备生产商推出的先进设备及装备制造的改进、新型节能挤出技术等,以及中国企业对塑料挤出设备的技术研发与应用状况.塑料挤出设备正朝着高效、环保、节能、生产过程数字化智能化的方向发展.今后,应开发数字化生产过程,加快生产启动程序,提高生产过程的灵活性;开发新型人机界面,用于工业控制任务;在生产过程中采用数字化设备,收集信息和实现智能化生产.
