氮化铬镀膜罗拉壳在尼龙66工业丝生产的应用

     

摘要

The service life of chromium nitride coating for draw roller shell was discussed for high-strength nylon 66 industrial yarn production plants. The effect of the chromium nitride coating on the product quality and spinnability was studied. The results showed that chromium nitride coating was about 3 time as hard as hard chromium coating; the service life of chromium nitride coating roller shell was 2-3 time as long as that of hard chromium coating roller shell. The chromium nitride coating roller shell unproved the quality of high-strength nylon 66 industrial yam, increased the breaking strength of the industrial yarn by 1 % , decreased the fuzz and break rate by 1.6 times/d, increased the full-package rate by 3% , and provided favorable spinnability.%探讨尼龙66高强工业丝纺丝装置中牵伸辊的罗拉壳表面加镀氮化铬镀膜的使用寿命及对产品质量、可纺性的影响.结果表明:氮化铬镀膜的硬度约为硬铬镀膜的3倍;采用氮化铬镀膜涂层的罗拉壳,使用寿命是普通镀硬铬的2~3倍,尼龙66高强工业丝产品质量得到了提高,断裂强度增加1%,毛丝和断头率下降1.6 次/d,满卷率提高3%,可纺性较好.
