国内外吸丝枪的研究进展

摘要

The working principle and application performance of yarn suction gun were introduced. The research progress in yarn suction gun was reviewed in China and abroad. The current situation and defects of yarn suction gun were analyzed. The performance of yarn suction gun can be improved by changing flow distribution and enhancing surface machining accuracy. It was pointed out that the further research should be focused on the systematic study of airflow geometry, flow distribution, yarn motion, material surface machining accuracy and performance evaluation and the future development should be toward the trend of high performance, low energy consumption and environmental friendliness.%介绍了吸丝枪的工作原理及应用性能要求；综述了国内外吸丝枪的研究进展；分析了吸丝枪的现状与不足,通过改变流体分布和提高表面加工精度可以提高吸丝枪的性能；指出今后吸丝枪的研究重点是在气道结构、流体分布、纱线运动形态、材料表面加工精度及其性能的评价方法等系统研究,高性能、低能耗、环保是吸丝枪今后的发展方向.
