PAN/TiO2纳米纤维膜的制备及性能研究

     

摘要

将聚丙烯腈(PAN)、纳米二氧化钛(TiO2)溶于N,N-二甲基甲酰胺中,配制成混合溶液,通过静电纺丝制备PAN/TiO2纳米纤维膜,研究了纳米TiO2含量对PAN/TiO2纳米纤维膜的结构与性能的影响.结果表明:随着TiO2含量增加,PAN/TiO2纳米纤维膜的平均直径稍许增大,但其外观形貌越来越差;TiO2的加入对PAN/TiO2纳米纤维膜的分子结构没有影响;随着TiO2含量的增加,PAN/TiO2纳米纤维膜的玻璃化转变温度和熔融温度升高,表面接触角下降,即耐热性能和润湿性能提高.%A polyacrylonitrile (PAN)ano-titanium oxide (TiO2) nanofibers membrane was prepared from a PAN/TiO2 mixture dissolving in N,N-dimethylformamide solution via electrospinning process.The effect of nano-TiO2 content on the structure and properties of PAN/TiO2 nanofibers membrane was discussed.The results showed that the average diameter of PAN/TiO2 nanofibers membrane was slightly increased, but the morphology became worse and worse when the nano-TiO2 content was increased;the addition of nano-TiO2 did not impact the molecular structure of PAN/TiO2 nanofibers membrane;and the glass transition temperature and melting temperature of PAN/TiO2 nanofibers membrane were both increased, the surface contact angle was decreased, and the heat resistance and wettability were improved when the nano-TiO2 content was increased.
