蚕丝蛋白在化妆品中的应用研究进展

摘要

简要介绍了丝胶及丝素的结构、性能、提取工艺以及蚕丝蛋白的生物学特性.重点阐述了蚕丝蛋白在化妆品领域的研究现状.从防晒、保湿、美白祛斑、延缓衰老、遮瑕、护发及表面活性等多个角度介绍了蚕丝蛋白在化妆品中发挥的不同功能,并对蚕丝蛋白系列化妆品的开发等进行了展望.%Structure, properties and extraction technology of the silk sericin and silk fibroin, as well as biological characteristics of silk protein were briefed. Progress in research work with respect to application of silk protein in cosmetics was focused. Various functions of silk protein in cosmetics from many aspects such as sunscreen, moisturizing, whitening and de - scaring, senility delaying, flaw shielding, hair care and surface activity were introduced. Outlooks about future development with respect to series cosmetics containing silk protein were prospected.
