基于波士顿矩阵的知识产权与技术标准化策略选择研究

本文运用波士顿矩阵思想，提出知识产权与技术标准波士顿矩阵，将企业根据其知识产权价值和技术产品标准化程度分为4种类型，根据不同类型企业特点，提出企业知识产权与技术标准化协同策略。%With the Boston matrix theory, intellectual property and technical standards of Boston matrix are put forward. According to the degree of intellectual property and technical products standardization, the enterprise is divided into four types, and in light of the characteristics of different types of enterprises, the intellectual property and technical standardization of enterprise is required to coordinate strategically.
