以标准化建设引领政务服务工作创新发展--以通辽市政务服务中心创建社会管理和公共服务综合标准化试点为例

摘要

Alongwith the continuous deepening of the reform of the administrative examination and approval system, the service oriented government construction is becoming more and more perfect, which provides the opportunity for the creation of government service standardization. Taking the creating a standardized pilot of Tongliao municipal government service center as an example, this paper not only expounds the significance of the implementation of government service standardization, and the main practice and achievements of the standardization of government service,but also provides reference for other regions to create government service standardization pilot.%随着行政审批制度改革的不断深化，服务型政府建设的日渐完善，为创建政务服务标准化提供了机遇。本文以通辽市政务服务中心创建标准化试点为例，阐述了实施政务服务标准化的意义、创建政务服务标准化的主要做法和取得的成效，为其他地区创建政务服务标准化试点提供借鉴。
