对“班内层次调整”教学方法的实验研究

             

摘要

通过对大学新生的入学调查,探析了当前困扰体育教学的问题,提出以挖掘大学新生素质潜力和提高体育教学质量为突破口设计了新型体育教学方法——动态弹性“班内层次调整”教学方法,并将这种教学方法和激励机制引入体育教学全过程。实验研究表明:在实验组与对照组之间存在显著性差异。%Through analysis on newly enrollment students, this paper discusses the negative factors influencing physical education teaching, suggests that reform and innovation of teaching methods is required to exploit fresh student's capability potential and physical education teaching quality. Based on it, the author designs a new physical education method (the dynamic flexible stratification adjustment within class), put forwards and introduces it into the whole teaching procedure. The result shows that there is significant difference between experimental group and comparative group.
