针对碳纤维复合材料具有的各向异性的特点,以及自行车复杂的空间曲面构形和纤维铺层的变化多样性,采用了 EN标准的冲击试验和摔落试验对29寸Ⅱ型碳纤维复合材料竞技山地自行车进行了测试,并经 Patran&Nastran有限元分析对其进行了定性和定量强度校核,得出了车架在工况下的应力、应变和铺层失效因子,验证了铺层结果的有效性,为车架铺层的优化提供了数据参考。%For the anisotropic characteristics of carbon fiber composite material and the complex spatial surface topography and diversity of fiber plies ,EN standards was adopted to test the impact test and drop test on the 29‐inch carbon fiber composites Competitive mountain bike with Ⅱ type ,and qualitative and quantitative strength check was carried out with Patran&Nastran finite element analysis ,and the stress ,strain and ply failure factor was drawn in the Working conditions ,the results validate the validity of Overlay ,and provided reference data for the optimize of overlay for frame .
