Dynamic balance is essential to maintain body posture and complete various movements. FMS can provide an indication of dynamic stability, but the relationship between these action and dynamic balance tests is not further determined. In this paper, sixty team sport athletes completed the screens and the mSEBT. Participants were divided into high-, intermediate-, and low-performing groups according to the mean of the excursions when both legs were used for the mSEBT stance. Any between-group differences in the screens and mSEBT were determined via a one-way analysis of variance with Bonferroni post hoc adjustment. Data was pooled for a correlation analysis. Results: 1) The mSEBT test scores of high-, intermediate-, and low-performance groups had significant differences between groups (P≤0.018). 2) There was no difference between the age, height,weight and the certain action of high-, intermediate-, and low-performance groups(P≥0.093). 3) There are only two significant moderate positive correlations and a significant moderate negative correlation between mSEBT and FMS(P≤0.021). Conclusion: The relationship between FMS and mSEBT is not high, FMS has limited ability to screen dynamic balance. The modified Star Excursion Balance Test (mSEBT) is recommended as a method to distinguish the different dynamic balance of the subject.%动态平衡性对于维持身体姿势、完成各种运动至关重要.基本动作模式练习提供了关于动态平衡性的指示,但是,关于这些动作模式与动态平衡性测试之间的关系没有进一步的确定.通过对60名球类运动员进行改进后的星形偏移平衡测试(mSEBT)和功能动作筛查(FMS),并根据mSEBT测试成绩将其分成高、中、低3个表现组,运用单因素方差分析和相关分析以探讨组间差异以及mSEBT与FMS之间的相关性.研究结果:1)左腿支撑或右腿支撑下,高、中、低表现组的mSEBT测试成绩具有显著的组间差异(P≤0.018);2)高、中、低表现组的年龄、身高、体重和FMS得分没有任何组间差异(P≥0.093);3)mSEBT与FMS之间只有2个显著的中度正相关和1个显著的中度负相关关系(P≤0.021).研究结论:功能动作筛查与改进的星形偏移平衡测试的相关性不高,FMS对于动态平衡性的筛查能力是有限的.建议将改进后的星形偏移平衡测试(mSEBT)作为区分受试者动态平衡性差异的方法进行应用.
