底板渗漏是常压油罐主要的失效形式之一,传统的开罐宏观渗漏检查法是一件费时、费力、难度大的检测工作。声发射检测技术可以通过时差定位或区域定位对被检对象中存在的活性缺陷进行定位。本文结合实际渗漏检测案例,介绍了声发射检测技术在常压油罐底板渗漏检测的基本原理和程序。对有声发射源的区域采用焊缝表面检测、母材漏磁扫查和超声C扫进行复验验证。声发射检测技术可以应用于常压油罐底板渗漏检测,且能够明显减少实际检测工作量、提高检测效率和准确度,对油罐底板渗漏检测具有指导意义和推广价值。%Leakage of the oil-tank lfoor is one of the main failure modes of atmospheric pressure storage tank. The traditional leakage testing of oil-tank lfoor is a time-consuming and very dififcult job. The Acoustic Emission (AE) examination can locate the active defects of the subject by Time-of-Arrival Location or Zone location. This article introduces the leakage testing theory and procedure of oil-tank lfoor by AE examination. The zone of acoustic emission source is rechecked by weld surface testing. Magnetic Flux Leakage Testing and Ultrasonic C-scan testing. The result shows that AE examination technology can be applied to the leakage testing of oil-tank lfoor. It can reduce the actual detection work time signiifcantly, improve the detection efifciency and accuracy. The AE examination technology has a guiding signiifcance and popularization value to the leakage testing of oil-tank lfoor.
