区域要素禀赋与制造业协同发展度评价与实证研究

             

摘要

区域要素禀赋与制造业协同发展,对提高要素资源利用效率,推动制造业转型升级,落实“中国制造2025”战略目标,具有重要意义。本文采用2010-2014年京津冀、长三角和珠三角区域相关数据,构建要素与制造业协同发展度评价模型,得出:区域要素与制造业协同发展水平处于由中度向高度协同过渡阶段;区域间协同对要素与制造业协同发展水平的提升作用较显著;技术要素和资本要素驱动制造业发展的态势较为明显;各区域要素禀赋差异性导致制造业发展的要素驱动模式呈现多元化。因此,要进一步提高技术、高素质劳动力、以及资本等高端要素对制造业发展的推动作用,加快制造业发展从传统要素驱动向创新驱动转换,切实推进区域协同发展战略提高要素在制造业发展中的配置效率。%The coordinated development of regional factor endowments and manufacturing industry, is of great significance to improve the efficiency of resource utilization, to promote the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry, and to implement the strategic objectives of “Made in China 2025”�In this paper, the model for evaluate the synergy development degree of factor endowments and manufacturing industry is established by using the data of Jing⁃Jin⁃Ji, the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta from 2011 to 2014�The results show that:the synergy development degree of each regional factor endowments and manufacturing industry is transition from moderate to high;the synergy between regionals has significant role to promote the synergy development degree of factor endowments and manufacturing industry;the trend of technology and capital to promote manufacturing industry development is more obvious;due to the difference of each regional factor endowments, the factor driven mode for manufacturing industry development becomes diversity�Therefore, it�s vitally necessary to further enhance the role of high⁃tech, high quality labor force, capital and other high⁃end elements to promote the development of manufacturing industry, to accelerate the development of manufacturing industry from the traditional factor driven to innovation driven conversion, and effectively promote the regional coordinated development strategy to improve the allocation efficiency of elements in the industrial development.
