The multiphase flow meter is the continuous,online and automatic measure equipment that measure oil,gas amd water three phases without being separated.This is a new technology used in the offshore engineering.This paper introduces the measure principle,development process and comparison between traditional separator and multiphase flow meter.%多相流量计是对油、气、水三相在不分离情况下进行连续、在线、自动计量的设备，它是应用在海洋工程中的一项新技术。文中介绍了多相流量计的测量原理、发展过程及与传统流量计的对比。
