To improve the toughness of poly (lactic acid) (PLA), PLA/epoxidized ethylene-vinyl acetate elastomer (EVM-GMA) blends were prepared by reactive melt blending of PLA and EVM-GMA at different processing temperatures.Thermo gravimetric analysis (TGA) shows that the grafting efficiency of EVM-GMA increases with the increase of processing temperature, and the highest grafting efficiency is 39.2%.Ubbelohde viscometer test shows that the high processing temperature leads to the degradation of PLA.When the processing temperature is higher than 230℃, the degradation of PLA is obviously.The mechanical properties of the blends shows that the blends have the best mechanical properties when processing temperature is 230℃.Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) study indicates that with the increase of processing temperature, the compatibility between EVMGMA and PLA improves.%为提高聚乳酸(poly lactic acid,PLA)的韧性,将PLA与环氧化乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯弹性体(EVM-GMA)在不同加工温度下反应性熔融共混,制备了PLA/EVM-GMA共混物.热重分析(thermo gravimetric analysis,TGA)表明,EVM-GMA的接枝效率随加工温度的升高而升高,最高接枝效率为39.2%;乌氏黏度计测试表明,加工温度太高会导致PLA的降解,当加工温度高于230℃时,PLA降解明显;共混物力学性能的测试结果发现,在230℃下制备的共混物具有最佳的力学性能;通过扫描电子显微镜(scanning electron microscopy,SEM)的研究发现,随着加工温度的升高,EVM-GMA与PLA的相容性提高.
