Poly N-phenylthiourea/CdS nanocomposites with more elaborate structures have been synthesized in situ in the water-DMF (V(H2O):V(DMF)=1:1) liquid phase with CS2, diaminobenzene and CdCl2. The products were characterized on the morphology, structure and optical properties by SEM, XRD, FT-IR, UV-vis and PL. The effect of poly N-phenylthiourea on morphology and propertiesofpolyN-phenylthiourea/CdSnanocompositeswasalsopreliminarilystudied.% 在液相中,以CS2、苯二胺和CdCl2为原料,在水-DMF(V水︰VDMF=1︰1)中,原位合成了结构更为精细的聚N-苯基硫脲/CdS纳米复合材料,通过SEM、XRD、FT-IR、UV-vis和PL对产物形貌、结构及光学性能进行了表征,初步研究了聚N-芳基的硫脲对CdS复合材料形貌及性能的影响。
