双开口压力振荡管制冷性能实验研究

             

摘要

To systemically study the influences of operating parameters on the pressure oscillation tube ,the experimental platform of pressure oscillating tube with double opens is established ,the relationship between operation parameters i .e .speed ,expansion ratio ,pressure of high‐temperature outlet and refrigeration efficiency of pressure oscillating tube with double opens has been in‐vestigated .The results indicate that with the increase of rotational speed ,isentropic refrigeration efficiency of the oscillating tube is firstly increased and then decreased ,and there is the optimal rotational speed .When the expansion ratio is 3 ,the best rotation‐al speed is about 2 600 r/min .With the increase of expansion ratio ,isentropic refrigeration efficiency of the oscillating tube is firstly increased and then decreased ,and there is the optimal expansion ratio ,When the rotational speed is 2 825 r/min ,the best expansion ratio is about 3 .0 .With the increase of pressure of high‐temperature outlet ,the isentropic refrigeration efficiency in‐creased first and then decreased sharply ,and there is the optimal pressure of high‐temperature outlet .When the rotational speed is 2 927 r/min ,the best pressure of high‐temperature outlet is about 0 .22 MPa ,The results of the study will guide the design and operation of the refrigerator and promote the pressure oscillating tube refrigeration technology applications .%为了系统研究新型双开口压力振荡管制冷性能,搭建了双开口压力振荡管制冷实验平台,对转速、膨胀比和高温出口压力等参数影响振荡管等熵制冷效率的规律进行了测试,结果表明:随着转速增大,双开口压力振荡管等熵制冷效率呈现先增大、后减小的趋势,存在最佳转速;当膨胀比为3时,最佳转速约为2600 r/min。随着膨胀比的增大,双开口压力振荡管等熵制冷效率亦呈现先增大、后减小的趋势,存在最佳膨胀比;当转速为2825 r/min时,最佳膨胀比约为3.0。随着高温出口压力的增加,振荡管等熵制冷效率呈现先增大、后急剧减小的趋势,存在最佳高温出口压力;当转速为2927 r/min时,最佳高温出口压力约为0.22 M Pa。研究结果可用于指导制冷机的设计和操作,利于推进双开口压力振荡管制冷技术的实用化。
