严寒地区村镇绿色产业发展与布局研究

摘要

Put forward the core of green industry development and layout by analyzing the basic problems of villages and towns in cold regions on green industry perspective.With Langxiang town in Heilongjiang province as an example, the township industry distribution and industrial chain planning were based on the background and problems, industrial systematic orientation, the secondary and tertiary industrialization of agriculture.It was attempted to improve the quality of villages and towns planning in cold region on green industry level.%以绿色产业为视角,通过剖析严寒地区村镇产业发展的基础与存在的问题,提出以农为本的绿色产业发展与布局的核心内容,并以黑龙江省朗乡镇为案例,从产业发展背景与问题、产业体系定位、农业二产与三产化拓展、林业循环经济等方面,进行镇域绿色产业布局与产业链规划,旨在从绿色产业层面促进和提升严寒地区村镇规划的质量与水平.
