Cogging torque is an inherent problem of slotted motors,which must be weakened or eliminated in the motor design and manufacturing.Based on ANSYS Maxwell software,the simulation model is established for magnetic-geared double-rotor perma-nent magnet motor.The influences of different motor parameters on the cogging torque are analyzed,and the factors influencing the cogging torque of magnetic-geared motor are studied to reduce the cogging torque and the interference.By comprehensive con-sidering these influencing factors and selecting appropriate motor parameters,a three-dimensional model is constructed and being processed into a prototype.Then the prototype test bench is set up and corresponding tests on cogging torque are conducted.Re-sults show that the measured cogging torque is small.The research indicates that choosing a reasonable method can effectively suppress the cogging torque of the magnetic-geared motor.%齿槽转矩是有槽电机的一个固有问题,在电机设计和制造中必须削弱或消除齿槽转矩.本文基于ANSOFT Maxwell软件对磁啮合双转子永磁电机建立仿真模型,分析不同电机参数对齿槽转矩的影响,研究磁啮合电机齿槽转矩影响因素,减小齿槽转矩,降低干扰.综合磁啮合双转子永磁电机齿槽转矩的影响因素,选择合适的电机参数建立三维模型,把三维模型加工成样机,对样机进行实验台的搭建与齿槽转矩的测试,测试得到的齿槽转矩的数值很小.研究表明,选择合理的方法可以有效抑制磁啮合电机的齿槽转矩.
