This paper introduces the structure of gap-setting hydraulic cylinder in slab finishing mill and several patterns about anti-rotating devices, and discusses the advantages and disadvantages of each methods. Finally, it gives a detailed analysis for the renovation of the anti-rotating device for gap-setting hydraulic cylinder in 1580mm hot strip mill, Shougang Jingtang Iron & Steel co., Ltd .%　　本文主要介绍了热轧板带轧机精轧压下液压缸结构型式以及几种防转型式，探讨了各自的优缺点。并针对京唐热轧1580生产线压下液压缸防转装置改造过程进行了详细的分析。
