急性有机磷中毒反跳原因的分析及护理措施

摘要

有机磷是毒性较强的农药，容易引起中毒，如不及时抢救可在短时间内死亡。但经过一系列的积极枪救和治疗，抢救成活率很高，但在阿托品化，临床症状明显缓解后的恢复期，部分患者病情可突然发生急剧恶化，如发现和抢救不及时或护理不当，极易死亡，此现象临床上称之为有机磷中毒的反跳。%Organic phosphorus pesticide toxicity is strong ,easy to cause poisoning ,if not timely rescue can die within a short period of time .But after ac-tive gun a series of rescue and treatment ,survival rate is very high ,but in the atropine ,clinical symptoms were relieved after a recovery period ,some pa-tients can happen suddenly deteriorated sharply ,such as discovery and rescue is not timely or improper care ,is extremely easy to death ,jump back this phenomenon known as clinical poisoning organic phosphorus .
