纳米碳酸钙在解放鞋草绿围条中的应用

对解放鞋草绿围条配方进行优化,采用纳米碳酸钙增量替代轻质碳酸钙,并减小促进剂DS用量.优化配方为:天然橡胶100,纳米碳酸钙57,陶土57,炭黑N330 14.08,硬脂酸0.8,活性氧化锌3,防老剂MB0.6,防老剂CD 0.8,防老剂405A 0.6,铬黄2,酞青绿G 0.09,二甲苯树脂4.5,硫黄2.5,促进剂M 1.4,促进剂DS 0.3,促进剂CZ 0.6.试验结果表明,优化配方胶料混炼工艺良好,综合物理性能好,产品合格率高,且与原配方相比生产成本大幅降低.%The formulation of grass green foxing for liberation shoes was optimized by using nano-calcium carbonate instead of light calcium carbonate and reducing the amount of accelerator DS.
