橡胶密封圈径向力分析方法

摘要

系统介绍试验测试法、工程计算法和数值模拟法3种密封圈径向力分析方法.根据工程计算法推导O形橡胶密封圈径向力计算公式,明确给出旋转油封的径向力计算公式和各参数含义,并采用3种方法对典型O形橡胶密封圈和旋转油封径向力进行测试和分析.工程计算和数值模拟结果与试验结果一致性较好,误差小于5％.%Three analysis methods of radial force were systemically introduced,including the testing method, engineering computational method and numerical simulation method. The radial force computation formulations of O-ring and rotary oil seal were deducted according to engineering computational method,and the meaning of different parameters was clearly defined. The radial forces of O ring and rotary oil seal were tested and analyzed,and the results of engineering computation and numerical simulation were consistent with testing results,having less than 5% error.
