连续玄武岩纤维帘线与橡胶基体界面粘合性能

     

摘要

The effects of resorcinol formaldehyde latex (RFL) dipping treatment on the mechanical properties of continuous basalt fiber (CBF) cord and adhesive properties between CBF cord and natural rubber/styrene butadiene rubber matrix were investigated.The results showed that RFL dipping treatment could effectively improve the mechanical properties of CBF cord,adhesive property between CBF and rubber matrix,and fatigue life of the composites.Furthermore,after RFL dipping treatment,the dynamic fatigue fracture transferred from the interface of CBF cord and rubber to rubber matrix.%探讨间苯二酚-甲醛胶乳(RFL)浸渍对连续玄武岩纤维(CBF)帘线力学性能及其与天然橡胶/丁苯橡胶基体间粘合性能的影响.结果表明:RFL浸渍处理可以有效地提高CBF帘线的力学性能,改善CBF帘线与橡胶基体间的粘合性能,显著提高疲劳寿命;RFL浸渍处理后,动态疲劳破坏面由CBF帘线与橡胶基体之间转变为橡胶基体内部.
