橡胶挤出机销钉机筒温控过程数值模拟

         

摘要

将PID算法与数值模拟相结合,模拟销钉机筒的动态温控过程,研究机筒温度稳定状态下的动态温度分布情况及PID参数对机筒温度变化和冷却系统工作时间的影响.结果表明:稳定状态下机筒温度动态分布;PID参数对机筒温控过程影响较为显著,但达到稳定状态后,对冷却水通人累积时间比例的影响很小.本研究有助于对橡胶销钉挤出机机筒冷却结构及控制算法进行优化.%Combining PID algorithm and numerical simulation,the dynamic temperature control process for the pin barrel of rubber extruder was simulated to investigate the dynamic temperature distribution of the barrel under the steady state of temperature,and the effects of PID parameters on the temperature variation and working time of the cooling system for the barrel.The results showed that,the temperature distribution of the barrel under the steady state of temperature was dynamic,and the PID parameters had a significant effect on the temperature control process,but had little influence on the accumulation time ratio of cooling water through the barrel.This study could be helpful to the improvement of the cooling structure for the pin barrel of rubber extruder and optimization of the control algorithm.
