大叶相思制CTMP及配抄箱纸板

         

摘要

The fibre morphology and chemical composition of Acacia auriculiformis wood CTMP and liner board with it were studied. The results showed that the fibre length of A. auriculiformis was short, but the cellulose content was high, reached 47.14%,wall/cavity ratio(0.56~0.60) was small and lignin content was high. CTMP could be produced by single refining process with chips of 6 years old wood impregnated in mixed liquor of NaOH and Na2SO3 in advance. In making liner board, masson's pine kraft pulp was used as the top layer,about 20% in total, CTMP as the bottom layer,about 60% in total. The rest was a definite proportion of masson's pine kraft pulp mixed about 20% in total for production of liner board. The quality of the board was B grade based on the state standard. Pollution load of the blank liquor was low in the process of production and convenient for treatment.%对大叶相思木材的纤维形态、化学组分进行了分析,并对木材制 CTMP 及其配抄箱纸板进行了研究。结果表明,此种木材虽纤维长度偏短,但纤维素含量较高,壁腔比小,木素含量高,采用 NaOH 和 Na2SO3 混合液浸渍的一段磨浆工艺能生产出高得率的 CTMP,配抄箱纸板质量符合国家标准要求。
